Delete your Bonro account

Permanently remove your account, receipts and exports from Bonro. We'll send a one-time confirmation link to your email. Once you click it, deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed.

What will be deleted

When you confirm the deletion, the following are removed immediately and permanently from Bonro's systems:

  • Your account, profile and sign-in credentials
  • Every receipt photo, OCR text and extracted field (merchant, amount, VAT, category)
  • All exports you've generated (DATEV CSV, FEC, Auditfile XML, etc.)
  • Linked company records, categories you created and notification preferences
  • Push notification subscriptions across every device you used

What we keep, and for how long

A small amount of data is retained for security and legal compliance, never anything from your receipts:

  • Technical audit logs: 30 days for security investigations, then permanently deleted.
  • Subscription billing record (RevenueCat): managed by RevenueCat under their own retention policy; we don't control it.
  • Email delivery logs (Resend): minimum 30 days; managed by Resend, not Bonro.
